API Access Request Guide

STREAMLINING THE INTEGRATION PROCESS

Ready to get started with ResNexus Availability Exchange? You're at the right place. Here, we guide you through a structured three-step process to gain access to our platform. Start by reviewing our legal agreement and submitting your details. Once deemed eligible, you'll be invited to develop your connection using our API sandbox. After ensuring a stable connection, you can proceed to go live. Throughout the process, we prioritize security, especially when handling credit card information, and offer comprehensive documentation to assist you.

Step 1: Request Access

Read the legal agreement, and complete the adjacent form. You'll receive an email to schedule a meeting to determine your eligibility for accessing Availability Exchange.


Submit all the public IP addresses that your requests will be originating from.  Separate the addresses with commas.

If you will be using the API to send credit card information, you must provide your PCI Attestation of Compliance (AOC) before you can create reservations.

Step 2: Develop Connection

You can now make requests on the API sandbox. For more information, take a look at our Documentation page. It outlines the Availability Exchange API's integration with ResNexus, offering partners a streamlined method to query availability, rates, and reservations. The guide provides clear instructions for both properties and partners, ensuring a smooth integration process.

Step 3: Go Live

Complete the adjacent form when your connection is stable. Stable means to have 5 successful calls to each endpoint
GetBusinesses, GetUnits, GetRates, GetAvailability.

Live responses will include all properties that have agreed to share their content. Properties have the option to not include their contact information.
