STREAMLINING RESNEXUS CONNECTIONS
Availability Exchange is an API that allows partners to integrate their systems with ResNexus to query availability, rates and make reservations on our client properties. The purpose of the API is to provide a unified integration and ease technical burdens often associated with trying to connect one system to another. Our partners get access to hundreds of properties, and our properties need only configure a single channel for all partners using Availability Exchange.
For Our Properties
Properties aiming to utilize Availability Exchange should first ensure they have the ResNexus version that supports this feature. Within the ResNexus back office, navigate to the Availability Exchange settings. Here, properties can choose to share their availability with all subscribers or select specific partners. After making the desired selections, it's make sure to save the changes to activate the integration.
For Our Partners
Partners interested in integrating with Availability Exchange should start by requesting API access. Once granted, they can test and implement their solutions against sandbox properties provided. Following successful testing, partners must obtain certification for the API, enabling them to work with production properties. After certification, partners can then approach interested properties and have them add the partner's solution as a provider for reservations.
