Enforce Host's Future Bookings setting, dictating how far in advance partners can make reservations

The unit group's rate will now be returned for any unit within that group

Sending rate adjustments as configured by the host to the partners

Blackout dates will be respected in availability calls

Get Lowest Rate will now return taxes

Added handling for taxes and fees to AddReservation(). This applies to any partners who are not using the taxes provided through the API, or who allow fees to be set up on their site

Added the new API call: GetAllAvailability. This allows queries for stays. Given a date range and number of adults, it will return what units/groups are available, and what the rate is.

Added rate_adjustment to GetRates(), GetQuote(), GetBusinesses().  This field is only available to partners who act as resellers and do not display booking rates directly to guests, and is hidden by default. Please contact us if you believe you qualify to receive this information

Added unit_id to the request and image_urls to the response of GetUnits()
