At Cliffside Inn, our utmost priority is to provide a seamless and stress-free reservation experience. With our comprehensive reservation policies, you can confidently secure your unique log cabin along the picturesque shores of Jackson Lake in the magnificent Grand Tetons. We are dedicated to ensuring your stay is exceptional from the moment you make your reservation.

Reservations

To make a reservation, guests can either book online or call us directly. A deposit amounting to 50% of the total booking fee is required at the time of reservation to secure your cabin. The remaining balance will be due upon arrival.

Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your booking, please do so at least 14 days prior to your arrival to receive a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will result in a refund of 50% of the deposit amount.

Pets

We warmly welcome your furry friends! Each cabin can accommodate one pet. Please inform us at the time of booking if you will be bringing a pet. We kindly ask that all pets are well-behaved and that their owners follow our pet etiquette guidelines, available upon request.

Fees and Taxes

All rates quoted are exclusive of applicable taxes and service charges. These additional costs will be calculated and added to your final bill at checkout. Please factor these into your budget when making a reservation.
